How the MagWizard application handles the information you share with us when you create with AI.
MagWizard ("MagWizard", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") builds AI-powered creative tools that let you turn photos and prompts into images and videos. This policy explains what information the App works with, why we need it, how it is protected, and the choices you have. By installing or using MagWizard you agree to the practices described here. If any part of this policy is unacceptable to you, please stop using the App.
To generate results you may upload photos, images, or text prompts and select styles, templates, or options. This creative input is sent to our processing systems so the requested image or video can be produced and returned to you.
If you sign in with a third-party identity provider such as Google, we receive a basic profile identifier and, where available, a display name, avatar, and email address so we can maintain your account and credit balance. When you contact us for help, we keep the messages and any details you choose to include.
Payments and subscriptions are handled through Google Play's billing system. We receive confirmation that a transaction succeeded together with a purchase token so we can add credits or entitlements to your account. We never see or store your full card number or banking credentials.
Like most mobile apps, MagWizard automatically records limited technical signals — for example a device model, operating system version, app version, coarse language or region, a randomized advertising identifier, and diagnostic events such as errors and feature usage. This helps us keep the service stable and understand which features are useful.
Certain effects analyze the picture you upload — including facial features when a portrait is submitted — so the AI model can apply the transformation you selected.
MagWizard relies on third-party artificial-intelligence services to run the models that create your results. The input you submit is shared with these providers only to perform the generation you requested and is subject to their handling of transient processing data. We select providers that we consider suitable for this purpose and limit shared data to what the task requires.
The App may include advertising and analytics components that use a resettable advertising identifier and aggregated usage measurements to display promotions and understand engagement. You can reset or limit this identifier at any time from your device's privacy settings. We do not combine advertising identifiers with your uploaded content.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited situations:
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected: uploaded media for the duration of processing and delivery, account and purchase records for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal and accounting requirements, and diagnostic data for a limited period. When information is no longer required we delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — such as encrypted transport and access controls — to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your data we cannot guarantee absolute security.
MagWizard operates globally, and information may be processed on servers located in countries other than your own. Where this happens we take steps intended to keep your information protected consistent with this policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent. You can also manage app permissions, reset your advertising identifier, or stop using the App at any time. MagWizard is not directed to children and is intended for users who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
The App may link to websites or services we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies before sharing information with them.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or in legal requirements. When we make material changes we will update this page, and your continued use of MagWizard after an update means you accept the revised policy.
